To prepare lasagna with meat we will need one onion, minced meat (pork or beef), Parmesan cheese, parsley, tomato paste, lasagna noodles, spices and of course, a little bit of love.

How to cook lasagna with minced meat

In order to prepare a delicious lasagna with minced meat, we need finely chop the onion and fry it in olive oil until Golden brown.

Once our bow is ready, it must add the mince and do not forget to salt and pepper it to your liking.

To the already fried minced meat, add a few tomatoes in their own juice or tomato puree and continue to simmer the meat on low heat for 7-15 minutes. Once you decide that your filling is ready, add chopped parsley or a little dill.

The first ingredient for our lasagna ready, let’s proceed to the second, namely, prepare the Bechamel sauce.

To prepare the Bechamel sauce you need to melt the butter on low heat and constantly stirring it, add 40 grams of wheat flour.

To this mixture, slowly pour 400 ml of cold milk, while not forgetting to interfere with our future Bechamel sauce.

After the milk is added, we have to put the sauce on low heat and bring it to the desired state within 5 minutes. Once the sauce has thickened, add some pepper, remove from heat and set aside to chill.

It’s time to create! Or to be more precise, to proceed to the final stage of cooking our traditional lasagna with minced meat.

For this we need a heat-resistant baking pan, preferably of rectangular shape and the sheets of dough for lasagna.

Before putting the first layer of dough, don’t forget to grease the baking pan with butter and only then lay the first sheet. On top of the dough and add a bit of Bechamel sauce, spread it on the area of the sheet and only after that add the meat.

The resulting mass should be covered with another sheet of dough for lasagna. After this we need to repeat the procedure of forming layers until then, until you reach the desired height.

The last layer of lasagna with minced meat must be coated with Bechamel sauce, which we sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Lasagna with minced meat should bake in the preheated oven at 190-200 degrees for 30 minutes. Ready lasagna remove from oven and let stand 10-15 minutes, after which it can bring to the table.

If the edges of lasagna left stiff, you can add a little clean water on the edge of the form and once again put the lasagna in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
