Quince: extraordinary recipes of meat dishes

 

An exotic bird with delicate aromas of quince and notes of natural ketchup will surprise even gourmets.

1 kg Turkey legs,

300 g quince,

0.5 lemon,

1 tomato,

2 onions,

1 bunch greens,

2 tablespoons vegetable oil,

1 tablespoon of honey

2 tablespoons of sugar,

0.5 tsp cinnamon,

salt to taste.

Turkey legs wash and chop into chunks.

Quince wash, peel and cut into slices, and then boil with lemon juice in a little water until soft 15-20 minutes.

Onions finely cut. Greens grind.

Tomato problemsyou, take off the skin and finely cut or grind blender.

In a skillet in vegetable oil fry onions, then add the greens and fry a bit.

Put in the diced Turkey meat, fry from all sides until Browning and pour water to cover the meat.

Let the meat rolling boil over high heat 5 minutes, salt, then reduce the heat and carcasses under the cover for 30 minutes.

Make quince sauce.

In a pan dissolve a little of the broth from the Turkey meat with the sugar, honey and cinnamon and bring to a boil. In hot syrup put the quince and gently flip, cook on all sides for 3-5 minutes.

To the meat add the tomato and potami on low heat for 3-5 minutes.

Prepared Turkey meat serve with quince sauce.

This dish will take a worthy place on the table during the holiday dinner or during a romantic dinner and will certainly become one of your favorites.

Quince: recipes of meat dishes. Duck with quince ingredients:

1.5 kg duck,

500 g quinces,

2 teaspoons of honey,

ground black pepper,to taste

salt to taste.

Duck wash, cleanse from the remnants of feathers, Obasi paper towel and in several places punctured the skin with a fork.

Mix the honey, pepper, salt mixture and RUB the duck inside and outside.

Quince wash, cut into slices and cleanse the seeds and core.

Invest some quince inside the duck and fasten with a toothpick or sew. Legs and wings in duck tape so they do not burn.

Place stuffed quince duck into a greased cake tin and send in a preheated 190°C oven for about 1 hour.

When in form will be a lot of duck fat, put into it the rest of the quince and periodically pour the fat duck.

Ready duck with quince serve hot with potato or rice side dish or with vegetables.
