Recipe: Curry with sweet potato long grain rice


— 400 grams of potatoes, 300 grams of carrots, one pod of pepper, 200 grams long grain rice, one teaspoon of green curry paste, one teaspoon of ground turmeric, one teaspoon ground cumin, 400 ml coconut milk 250 ml vegetable stock, four Kaffir lime leaf, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Baked chicken with sweet potato


— 800 grams of chicken meat. one teaspoon allspice, freshly ground pepper, half spoon of ground cinnamon, half a chilli, two tablespoons of olive oil, half a lime, 400 grams of potatoes, 400 grams cherry tomatoes, 300 grams of mango, one stick of cinnamon.

Tip: during the first ten minutes of baking, the chicken should be covered with foil.

400 grams breast, one lemon, one teaspoon cloves, two tablespoons of olive oil, half a teaspoon of cumin, freshly ground pepper and salt, one teaspoon of wasabi, one tablespoon of brown sugar, a small piece of ginger, 200 grams spinach, 250 grams of zucchini, a bunch of parsley, 250 grams of avocado.
