Take 500 grams chicken, 1 onion, 125 grams of chickpeas, 3 ripe tomatoes, 250-300 grams pumpkin, salt, black pepper to taste, half a teaspoon of coriander, bunch of cilantro, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil origin. Chickpeas fill it with water and leave overnight. In the morning rinse it and cook until done. Onions should be finely chop and fry a little. Chicken meat cut into small pieces and fry together with onion. Then add about 50 ml of pure water, cover with a lid and leave to simmer at low heat. Meanwhile, peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes. Add to the chicken. Chop the tomatoes and put the rest of the ingredients. Now you can add spices. Simmer for thirty minutes. The finished dish spread on the portions and serve decorated with finely chopped cilantro.

Chicken in Thai. Recipe

We will need 500 g chicken meat, 1 sweet pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, onions – 2 pieces, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 teaspoons of curry, salt and pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Chicken fillet under running water and cut into strips with a thickness of about 1 cm. Onion cut into half rings, sweet pepper – julienne. In a deep pan (wok), pour oil. When it is well heated, put the meat and fry for 3-5 minutes, and then put in separate bowl. In the same pan fry the onion and pepper. Mix the honey, curry, garlic, passed through “the mangler”, flour and black pepper. Optionally, you can add chili. Spread vegetables to the chicken, pour the sauce, cover and simmer, stirring, on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Salt, pepper and serve with boiled rice.
